1. Introduction

 

Welcome to Artwzt. By accessing our website (www.artwzt.com) and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Artwzt ("The Agency", "We", "Us") and the Client ("You", "User").

 

2. Services

 

Artwzt provides creative branding, web design, development, and digital marketing services. The specific scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any project will be detailed in a separate Proposal or Service Agreement signed by both parties.

 

3. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights

 

  • Agency Content: All content on this website (logos, text, graphics, code) is the property of Artwzt and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws.

  • Client Deliverables: Upon full payment of all fees, Artwzt grants the Client exclusive ownership rights to the final approved designs and deliverables.

  • Portfolio Rights: Artwzt retains the right to display all work created for the Client in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials for promotional purposes, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been signed.

 

4. Payment Terms

 

  • Invoicing: All services are billed according to the payment schedule outlined in your specific project proposal.

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required before work commences on any project.

  • Late Payments: Invoices not paid within the stipulated time frame may incur a late fee. Artwzt reserves the right to suspend work or withhold final deliverables until payment is received in full.

 

5. Cancellations and Refunds

 

  • Client Cancellation: If the Client cancels a project after work has begun, the initial deposit is non-refundable. The Client will be billed for any additional work completed beyond the deposit amount.

  • Agency Cancellation: Artwzt reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a project if the Client breaches these Terms. In such cases, payment for work completed up to that point remains due.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Artwzt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., Google rankings or sales figures) from our digital marketing or SEO services, as these are influenced by third-party platforms.

 

7. Third-Party Links & Tools

 

Our website or services may contain links to third-party websites or tools. Artwzt has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

 

8. Governing Law

 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

 

9. Changes to Terms

 

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
